Exciting developments are underway at Kalos Farming as we prepare for a new chapter in our orchards. Groundwork has already been completed on three of our production units, Jonkershoek (5 hectares), Perdefontein (7 hectares), and Jakkalsnek (3 hectares) and the sites are now fully prepped for planting.
The new fruit trees are scheduled to be planted in the soil this August, with the planting process expected to be finalised by the end of the month. This expansion marks another step forward in our commitment to sustainable growth and long-term quality production.
While we’ll need a little patience, we’re looking forward to welcoming the first harvests from these new orchards in the 2027/2028 season. We’re confident they will bear the fruits of our careful planning and continued dedication to excellence.
